While interiors of the villa exude elegance and grandeur, featuring luxurious finishes, the material selection makes the user feel light and close to nature. From inside, the villa almost looks like a warm monochrome: the studio carefully used selected shades and created a visible diversity by using different textures.
We prioritized the use of materials sourced from nature and innovative eco-friendly materials free of toxins. This is our way to influence the health of the end-user, especially considering the life of the big city. Textures really do matter when it comes to environments. From smooth and refined to rough and bumpy, it allows embracing the diversity and brings forward the interior that is more complex than it may seem from the first glimpse.
Each space is meticulously crafted to create a harmonious balance of comfort, functionality, and style.
The ground floor is transparent: upon entry, one has no obstacle to see the beach in front. It is a large seamless open space with a lot of air, with the blurred understanding of where the interior ends and the exterior space starts. The hero of the space is the grand bespoke dining table with a marble top and stainless steel base. The dinner table is a part of the house 'bone structure.' It grows from the floor and is made of two solid marble pieces that can't be moved due to the stone weight.
The first floor hosts private bedrooms, each with an extensive terrace that allows appreciating remarkable sea and city views from Palm Jumeirah.
Another special element is the stainless steel space divider between the dining area and living area. Made to keep the transparency between the spaces present, its front represents a graphic composition of exaggerated shelf openings.
The villa boasts an array of carefully curated amenities, including a private infinity pool, landscaped gardens, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, and a home theater.
