Private Residence in Downtown, Dubai.

Our goal was to create a minimalistic but warm interior with a large amount of light open spaces, that will allow our client to embrace the beautiful views of this residence. We fully re-worked the layout of the place, reducing the number of corridors and improving the flow within the apartment. We played with textures while keeping the design minimalistic: we selected different types of stone, terrazzo, wood & created our own “textures” playing with geometrical forms.
